This site was created to support Hawai’i Department of Transportation (HDOT) construction personnel as part of the Contract Administration (CA) program. The idea for this Wiki came from an HDOT Project Engineer during the initial assessment phase with field staff.
In Hawaiian, “wiki” means “quick,” and that’s exactly what this site aims to be—a fast, one-stop resource for CA training materials, HDOT manuals, and other key industry references.
Mission Statement
The mission of HDOT is to maximize available resources to provide a safe, efficient, accessible and sustainable State Highway System that ensures the mobility of people and goods, and supports economic vitality and livability.
